HUD 203(K) Consultant Services: Fees range according to project size. Call For Quote
The HUD 203(k) program allows a homebuyer to purchase a home or condo in need of repair or modernization with just one mortgage loan. The mortgage amount would be based on the projected value of the property with the work completed, taking into account the cost of the work and related fees. Eligible improvements would include such items as painting, room additions, decks, health and safety upgrades, and energy conservation items.

NOTES:
- Building inspections are performed in accordance with the American Society of Home Inspectors Standards.
- Reports are prepared for all inspections detailing results.
- Roger J. Olson is a registered, licensed professional engineer in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
- Travel reimbursement of $0.50/mile will be charged for travel to and from a site further than 30 miles from Hershey, Pennsylvania.
- Costs for water and radon tests are based on having tests performed in conjunctiion with a full home inspection. If this is not the case, additional costs will be charged for time and travel.
- A minimum of one hour's time will be charged for an engineer's site visit.
